I know I am generally posting happy messages but now I have sadness. I recieved an email this morning that I admit still gives me tears and makes me reflect on the positive things in my life.
For them I will not give names but one of my upcoming clients delivered their twins very early and lost one. The other is in the NICU. I can not even imagine the pain they are experiencing right now.
It makes you think of how precious time is and how lucky most of us are every day of our lives. I am so blessed to have a happy marriage and two wonderful happy children as well as wonderful extended family, friends, and clients. I thank God for that. I know I am so lucky but many times we take that for granted and just go about our lives.
Think about the happy things in your life, Praise God, and be thankful for the things he provides.
Please include this family in your prayer list so they can heal from this pain they are in and enjoy the life that they have been blessed with.

Playing catch up
Hello everyone-
I have not been the very best blogger lately I admit. Some of you know that there is some things happening in my family that has kept me from it. I apologize to anyone if your proofs or orders were late! I will update all of you soon. Until then here are a few sessions.

Rainy day engagements
So, we were supposed to go to the botanical gardens but it was pouring rain. So we decided to go closer to their home where it was not raining at the time. Old town St. Charles. I have always wanted to shoot there and had not been able to yet. Now I have and I think it is one of my new favorite locations. It gives such an urban feel with all the stone, brick, and bright colors. I just love them.
